Fish & Game Section Caucus Club Meeting
Come to learn how and why prime cuts of beef are carefully aged, and how you can apply these same techniques to get rid of the gaminess and toughness often associated with wild game.
We will be treated to a tour of the Caucus Club's aging coolers, and you will have a chance to try samples of their fare.
