The 106th Annual Red Mass will take place on Tuesday, September 25 at noon at Ss. Peter & Paul Jesuit Church. The first Red Mass in the United States was held in 1877 at Ss. Peter & Paul in Detroit. The UDM School of Law resumed the tradition in 1912 and continues to hold it annually. The Red Mass seeks the guidance of the Holy Spirit for judges, attorneys, law school professors, students, government officials and for all those involved in the justice system.
