Leif Anderson, Detroit Bar Business/Commercial Litigation Section Chair will moderate this conference following a brief introduction by Chief Judge Pro Tem, Hon. Patricia Perez Fresard. Judge Brian Sullivan will then give overview of the Business Court and each of the five business court judges will review their own court protocols and preferences.
