Legal Community Meeting with the Third Circuit Court

Chief Judge Timothy M. Kenny of the Third Circuit Court is convening a meeting to discuss the Court’s ability to manage operations during the pandemic and also identify potential permanent changes that might improve court processes.
On September 13, 2021, 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m., the Detroit Bar Association is inviting its member and all other members of the legal community to attend and provide feedback on the operations of the Civil Division of the Third Circuit Court.
This meeting is being convened pursuant to Michigan Court Rules 8.110(3)(c)(i). Third Circuit Court will summarize the discussion and forward proposed recommendations to the State Court Administrative Office.
