Join us for the Third Circuit Court's 2023 State of the Court address.

Chief Judge Patricia Fresard will provide a 2023 State of the Court address identifying the current state of 3rd Circuit Court over the last year and introducing several of the changes to the bench, including: 

• New judges to 3rd Circuit Court
• Status of operations for the Civil, Criminal, Family, and Juvenile divisions of 3rd Circuit Court 
• Practices, procedures, and guidelines for 3rd Circuit practitioners, post-Pandemic
• Recognition of 3rd Circuit Court Judges and Staff
