Notice to Judges, APA’s and Defense Lawyers. The Detroit Bar Association is creating a new Criminal Section, and we are hosting a launch event to learn more about how we can serve the needs of attorneys, APA’s and judges in this highly specialized area of the law.
Criminal Laws Section Chair Bill Winters, along with special guests Lillian Diallo and Gabi Silver will lead the discussion and Third Circuit Court Chief Judge Patricia P. Fresard and Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division Donald L. Knapp and other judges of the Criminal Division will also attend.
Your input and participation, especially in view of the historic relocation of the Criminal Court and both jails, is an essential part of the administration of justice and the promotion/ advancement of our mutual interests.
Registration is FREE and refreshments will be provided.
