Join us for this is a one hour live virtual session that will explore how to leverage storytelling, cutting edge technology and demonstratives to enhance trial presentations and simplify complex cases for jurors.


Presenters:

Grace Dersa, Director of Business Development, U.S. Legal Support

Grace has been with U.S. Legal Support for ten years. She is a former paralegal and restaurant owner. She is a notary as well as a Michigan Dept. of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS) Education Instructor. She is a graduate of Northwood University receiving  both a bachelor’s and a master of business administration degrees.

Jerrod Mills, Senior Consultant and Vice President, TrialQuest

Jerrod serves as both Senior Consultant and Vice President at TrialQuest. As a Senior Consultant, Mr. Mills advises attorneys regarding the planning and development of persuasive trial presentations including the creation of custom exhibits and the use of the latest courtroom technology. As Vice President, Mr. Mills holds overall strategic and operational responsibility for TrialQuest, a nationwide, full-service litigation support company with professionals specializing in jury consulting, 3D animation, trial graphics, custom medical exhibits, and in-courtroom presentations. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Mills has consulted on over 3,500 cases and provided over 3,500 hours of in-courtroom/ mediation/arbitration presentations.
