Dan Klimek is the Director of Investigations at ASG Investigations, overseeing a wide range of investigative operations nationwide. Since 2005, he has developed extensive expertise in internet profiling, social media intelligence, and skip tracing, and has trained legal professionals, insurance carriers, and investigators on these subjects.
He has testified in dozens of trials on the use of investigative methods in civil cases, and his background includes advanced training in human and signal intelligence gathering, as well as certification from the Reid School of Interviewing and Interrogation.
With nearly two decades of investigative experience, Dan brings a practical, results-oriented approach to uncovering and presenting evidence from online and social media sources, helping attorneys understand what is possible, discoverable, and admissible.
