Join the Auto No-Fault Section of the Detroit Bar Association for this webinar regarding updates to the no-fault fee schedules and underinsured motorist coverage.

No-fault fee schedules have been with us since July 2021, however there are still questions regarding the application of the schedules.  As cases decided within the last 90 days: Favot v Brown and Memberselect, West Michigan Home Care Services v MEEMIC., and  Advisacare v Auto Club show, there are still uncertainties in this area of the no-fault law.

Underinsured motorist coverage is an increasingly common feature in auto policies.  This coverage is not required by the No-Fault Act   Policy language governs these claims, and the injured party, UIM carrier as well as the underlying tortfeasor/carrier are involved in these cases.  UIM cases can present unique challenges.
