Join the Estate Planning and Probate Litigation Section of the Detroit Bar Association for an inside look at the intricacies of the Wayne County Probate Court (WCPC).

Learn practical “inside tips” on how to get on the court assignment list and obtain work from the judges. The program will cover the different types of court assignments, which cases most often go to trial in WCPC, and what practitioners can expect throughout the process.

Presenters will include Hon. Macie Tuiasosopo Gaines, along with experienced probate attorneys who routinely practice in Wayne County Probate Court.
