Social media is no longer just a place for personal updates — it’s a critical source of evidence in modern investigations and litigation. In this engaging and practical webinar, Dan Klimek of ASG Investigations will explore how today’s most notable platforms are shaping the investigative landscape and what legal professionals need to know to leverage them effectively.

    Attendees will learn:

    • Which platforms are most relevant for investigations and how they’re evolving
    • How to ethically collect and preserve social media evidence
    • Differences between Internet Profiles and Social Media content
    • Self-published versus third-party content — and why it matters in court
    • Best practices for presenting social media as admissible evidence
    • Understanding and avoiding spoliation risks
    • The role of artificial intelligence and facial recognition in legal and investigative contexts
    • Emerging and future trends shaping online investigations

Whether you’re a litigator or in-house counsel, you’ll walk away with practical tools and a clearer understanding of what’s available, what’s possible, and what to look for when evaluating social media content as evidence — helping you make more informed decisions in your cases.
